I got a good night's sleep at this mom and pop Budget Inn. Sonny and Jothi were delightful, and meeting Tej was a surprise treat. If you like well-behaved floofy white dogs, definitely ask for Tej :) The price was a little on the steeper side for what I would normally pay for motels (I drive cross country a lot for work and typically sleep in my car to save on costs) - but I was developing a neck cramp and really needed a good mattress to straighten out. Do not expect any amenities other than the bare necessities. Truly this is just a haven if you are a frequent, low-budget traveler like me and needed to splurge $80 for a good night's sleep. Thanks Jothi, Sonny and Tej! If I am ever in the area again when I need a bed, I will come back - just so I can give Tej more scritches haha.
If you're looking for a cheaper place to stay that is still nice, this is the place. The room had plenty of space for us (family of 4), it was clean, and although a little outdated, it was still perfect for our quick one-night stay. The owner and his wife were SUPER nice and that alone was worth it. You'll have a hard time finding someone more friendly and welcoming.

I was exhausted from driving all day and night, so I pulled over and found this diamond in the rough of a motel. Price was more than reasonable, quiet and comfortable. The owners were friendly and accommodating and helped me park my trailer so it wasn’t locking anyone else. I’ve had to stay at 3 hotels when traveling up to NY to collect my personal items and come back down to SC. THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST OUT OF ALL 3 HOTELS!
This place was great!! The service was A+ and the rooms were very clean! Of course it was small and not luxurious lol, but definitely the best for what it was! The owner was sooo nice and had a cute friendly little dog with him! I have nothing bad to say about this place and I highly recommend it!
Very clean place, but next to zero amenities. WiFi, tv, mini fridge, and that's about it. Beds are firm and low to the ground and pillows are flat. However, the people are very friendly, the place is quiet and in a safe area, and again, the rooms and beds are very clean. Probably the cleanest I've seen at a motel. Slightly pricy for what they offer ($67 for one full size bed, one night), but I highly recommend if you are just looking for a simple, clean room to rest in for the night.
They were very accommodating at 11:45 at night with a reduced rate and even though the hotel looks like it was built in the 1950s my room was Immaculate brand new look like it had been renovated just two weeks prior and it was right next door to the office highly recommended great room great bed great sleep
Room was cleaner and better kept than most redroofs. exhaust fan worked in the bathroom. functioning TV and mini fridge. Bed was comfortable/ sheets & furnature in good condition. room was small but all my wife and I needed to get some rest on the road. only reason I didn't give a perfect 5 stars was the AC/HEAT unit looked like it survived a beat down despite being fully functional.
I was so tired driving and needed to sleep. This was closest spot to us. I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised. Very reasonably priced, clean room, good shower. Owner is nice guy, been in business 35 years
